  • Products: If you wish to cancel your order for products, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Services: Refunds for services will only be issued if the service is not delivered or if you have experienced an error on our part. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

  • Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
